1. Fill out and Submit the Adoption Application

Fill out the form and submit! Please email  a copy of your ID to the Humane Society of Wickenburg, either via email to customerservice@wickenburghumane.com  or drop off at the shelter.

2. Visit the Shelter or an Adoption Event to find your furever friend!

Feel free to visit the shelter at 4000 Industrial Rd. Wickenburg AZ 85390 or visit us at an adoption event (see Events tab for upcoming adoption events)

3. Fill out and Submit the Adoption Contract

Just fill out the form and submit!
